Free shipping on every order within Thailand. Pay before 3 pm and we pack and ship the same day. International shipping costs depend on the destination country.

Once your order ships, we send the tracking number through the channel you ordered from (Website / LINE / Messenger).

The shipping cost depends on the destination country and is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Import duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT/GST and customs fees in the destination country (if any) are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are paid by the recipient when the parcel arrives.
Some products ship within Thailand only
If an item in your cart cannot be shipped to your country, you will be told at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit, we send you a replacement. Send your order number on LINE @applesheep and our team will check with the carrier.
Delayed delivery
Delivery times depend on the carrier and delays can occasionally happen. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, but we are happy to help track your parcel on LINE @applesheep.
Damaged in transit?
Take photos or a video while unboxing and let us know on LINE @applesheep within 7 days of delivery. We cover the replacement and all shipping costs.
